In this training, Jackson Baker, a Training Program Manager, talks about the reasons for using sandboxes, including the ability to test and evaluate changes in an isolated environment, compare changes between the sandbox and production environments, and having an agile environment where multiple users can make changes. He also touches on how sandboxes can be pulled and pushed to the production environment.

He then walks through how to merge a sandbox. He starts with making changes in the sandbox, reviews the changes, and then promotes them to the production environment. He then goes to the production environment to review the changes and reruns the database.
