Amy brings over two decades of financial and operational experience at venture-backed tech and publicly-traded enterprise software companies. Previously, she held multiple roles at Onyx Software, where she helped the company go public in 1999, and served as its CFO while generating $120 million in revenue. Amy also served as CFO for Basho Technologies, doxo, Gist (acquired by Blackberry), Tegic (an AOL subsidiary acquired by Nuance), and Wildseed (acquired by AOL). She earned her business administration degree from the University of Puget Sound.
